The Osman Lab loves to have its fingers in as many JEDI pies as possible! Oluchi enlightened the water-focused of us on energy system models for Africa. She reviewed some leading energy models in use in Africa and went over their limitations. We went over the limitations of these models, which led to a discussion on alternate metrics for development to GDP.
