Lab ColLabs: Muhebwa x Osman!

In March, Prof Osman’s CEE 245E class, Equitable Infrastructure Solutions, had the opportunity to hear from a very special guest - Osman Lab’s very own Dr. Aggrey Muhebwa!

Aggrey’s presentation explored the potential of using machine learning (ML) and satellite data to improve the quantity and quality of temporal-spatial data in underserved regions. The ultimate goal was to show how to address data biases that contribute to inequitable decisions, ultimately using AI as a social good tool to tackle humanity's most pressing challenges.
