Osman Lab Presents at AGU

Allisa and Dr. Osman traveled to Chicago, Illinois to present at the American Geophysical Union annual meeting. Allisa delivered an oral presentation of her work reviewing state-level water reuse policies, highlighting inconsistencies and the role of academic research in improving clarity around recycled water regulations. Dr. Osman shared his work assessing how utilities use social media for emergency and assistance communications and whether those practices effectively communicate to diverse customers.
