Best Paper Technical Award from the Journal of Sustainable Water in the Built Environment!

Dr. Osman’s paper, "Conceptualizing equity for onsite non-potable water reuse systems in the United States," has been selected for the Best Paper Technical Award by the Journal of Sustainable Water in the Built Environment, part of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

This award recognizes work that challenges traditional engineering frameworks by centering equity, justice, and lived experience in sustainable water systems design—especially in the context of onsite non-potable reuse. The award will be presented at the 2025 World Environmental and Water Resources Congress in Anchorage, Alaska.
