SERI(ou)Sly cool - Dr. Osman’s speech at Stanford

On January 24th, Dr. Osman gave a talk as part of Stanford Engineering Research Introductions (SERIS) program, aims to introduce underclassmen, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, to academic engineering research and graduate school. He spoke to 25 underrepresented freshman and sophomore undergraduate students from universities and community colleges across the country interested in pursuing graduate degrees in STEM. By sharing his own story in engineering, Dr. Osman encouraged these young engineers and researchers to own the power of their unique narratives.
