Celebrating Osman Lab’s “Avengeers”

The academic year 2023-2024 was a momentous one for many Osman Lab students. We cheered as Aadhi, Allisa and Oluchi battled their ways to earning the coveted status of PhD candidates. We also saw Aggrey rounding off his PhD journey at graduation and returning triumphant with the official title of “Dr. Muhebwa”. These “Avengeers” were celebrated in our lab meeting on June 3, where Dr. Osman presented them with a congratulatory pastry each, emblazoned with the Osman Lab logo. Some creative artwork in honor of these achievements was also enjoyed, courtesy of Kasun!

We are all so incredibly proud of these trailblazers, and are excited to see what Marvels they continue to create :)
