“Current” affairs - Dr. Osman selected for Gulf Research Program Early-Career Research Fellows
Waves of great change are coming out of this lab! We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Osman has been selected for the 2024-2026 cohort of Early-Career Research Fellows in the Health and Community Resilience Track, awarded by the Gulf Research Program of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. The team will contribute to the understanding of the role that resilience-based interventions play in addressing the root causes of climate, disaster, and health vulnerability associated with disparities in communities throughout the Gulf of Mexico region. It is exciting to see Dr. Osman's approach pushing new boundaries in the environmental justice space, and we can’t wait to see where this new opportunity leads him!
